01 / FIND YOUR COMBINATION
Shuriken, kunai, katana, kusarigama, explosive talismans, fire ninjutsu, lightning seals and smoke bombs. Combine up to four weapons and four passive items, then unlock evolutions that change how your arsenal fights.
Your weapons attack automatically. Aim directional attacks with the mouse or your last movement direction, choose upgrades and keep an escape route open.
02 / BREAK THE ENCIRCLEMENT
A substitution dash lets you slip through enemies with a brief moment of invulnerability, leaving a wooden decoy behind.
When the horde closes in, collect the Dragon Staff. Once per run, unleash a short burst of enormous fireballs and burn a path through the crowd.
03 / FOLLOW THE BROKEN SEALS
Cross bamboo groves, ash-covered streets, snowy heights and flooded temple grounds. Fight through a black-flame forge, a haunted forest and a fortress before reaching the shogun’s castle.
Survive 15 minutes to face each chapter’s boss. Defeat it to advance, or return to any unlocked chapter with a new build. Illustrated comic scenes connect the journey.
04 / A MOMENT BETWEEN BATTLES
Return to the town, visit the blacksmith, browse the archive and speak with its inhabitants. Keep earned coins, unlock heroes and invest in permanent bonuses before your next attempt.
Three heroes, six passive items, five weapon evolutions and optional trials give you room to try a different approach.
